Finally, Netflix has provided the Resident Alien fans with the ending that they have been longing to receive. The cult sci-fi comedy, which had been shown on Syfy, streams its fourth and final season in America since June 6, 2026. The U.S subscribers can now sit back and view the entire journey of Harry Vanderspeigle; starting at the start to the very end without any form of interruption.
Comics Came First

Resident Alien was based on a comic strip by Peter Hogan and Steve Parkhouse, which Dark Horse Comics published. As soon as it appeared on the Syfy screens in January 2021, the viewers were in love with its weird, cozy, and absolutely original appeal.
Tudyk Stole Everything

Harry Vanderspeigle, an alien who disguised himself as a small-town Colorado doctor is played by Alan Tudyk; his initial task was to exterminate the entire humanity. His unbelievably well-timed comic intuition to Harry gave both a sense of mad alienation and, at the same time, of being all too deeply human.
Everyone Showed Up

Performers Like Sara Tomko, Corey Reynolds, Alice Wetterlund, Meredith Garretson and Levi Fiehler surrounded Tudyk with performances that truly were authentic, hilarious and emotionally based in such ways that took each and every season of the show to the next level.
Four Seasons, 10 Episodes

It became a ten-episode fourth and final season on Syfy, June 6 to August 8, 2025. The writing team provided space to each storyline and thoughtful conclusion to each character arc.
Syfy Said Goodbye

The reorganization of NBCUniversal prompted Syfy to look at its programming commitments with a complete overhaul. On July 24, 2025, the network announced that Resident Alien was about to conclude after Season 4, but the creative team had already strived to create a worthy and appropriate goodbye to Harry.
Picked by Netflix

On early 2024, Netflix added Resident Alien to their platform with Seasons 1 and 2 being added on February 13, 2024. Season 3 immediately followed a year later, and Season 4 is now the last part in completing the complete portfolio of the American subscribers on June 6, 2026.
Critics Loved It

The television program already has a 98 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, with some of the seasons scoring a 100 percent. In a way, publications such as Collider and ComicBook.com were already referring to the same as a true cult classic before it was even over with Syfy.
Nothing Quite Like it

Mixed together are science fiction, small-town comedy with murder mystery, so rarely can television be drawn off its feet. The show did not lose its unique identity in the four seasons and this is what had the faithful audiences coming back with such enthusiasm.
Harry’s Darkest Hour

In season 4, Harry is trapped by a grey moonbase and a Mantid alien who shifts forms takes over his life back on earth. Asta does her best, back home, to keep it all together as the possibility of an all out alien invasion becomes more and more real and immediate.
Streaming Gaps Remain

Numerous foreign Netflix markets are currently awaiting Season 3 as American viewers have now progressed further to Season 4. This is evident in the staggered rollout of certain content, which was done so due to the convoluted licensing agreements that Netflix must broker in distributing its licensed content in various parts of the world
